The Madness of Accusing Preachers and Their Churches

Please — if you know me personally, try not to comment ignorantly. I do not seek to please anybody, not even myself, in this matter. I only want God left in His holy heavenly throne, receiving the praise that is rightly due Him.

I have come to see the amazing ignorance of many who blame whosoever is possible — even God — as if He has no mouth to speak through me as He wills.

Is Christianity Supposed to Be Free?

It is an obvious madness to think that Christianity is for free. There is nothing in this world that is made for free. Even the so-called free education by the government seems to be worse than the one that is paid for.

I wonder where people get the idea that the church is a giving organization without receiving what it rightly deserves from its followers — followers who nowadays find it hard to respond positively to that effect, and yet still claim to be followers of the Truth.

Whether or not you are told to bring an offering, is it not your obligation as a follower to do accordingly? Even God, when He gave His Son, expected to receive many sons.

You Receive Everything — and Give Nothing

You want to receive all the spiritual blessings: prayer, doctrine, deliverance, healing, wisdom from the revelation of the Truth that brings you prosperity — even physical help from the church where expected. Yet when it is your turn, you do not want to give your material things, claiming that pastors are lovers of money.

You claim whatever you want to claim, gossiping and insulting the preacher and the church for whatever reason. What on earth are you thinking? Don’t you know that the church lives by giving and receiving?

I trust that your pastor did not force you to come to his church, nor to hand him your material possessions. If he did, you are surely in the wrong place. But if he did not, then you are required to bless — just as you are being blessed by him freely.

“Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.” — Galatians 6:6

The Ministry Is His Calling and His Livelihood

And you — you who ignorantly give every reason why a pastor must do some other job, forgetting that the ministry is his calling and his livelihood, able to sustain him as he deems fit. Even Jesus left carpentry and faced His ministry.

“For the scripture saith… The labourer is worthy of his reward.” — 1 Timothy 5:18

Keep Silence While You Can

You are therefore advised to keep silence while you can — because you have no right to accuse or insult the Church of God on account of some fake men of God. And I am sure of this: the followers of Christ are not fools.

Test everything. Insult no one. God bless you.
